Coach Pool Deck Access – 26/27 Season
Swimming Queensland has introduced a new process for Coach Pool Deck Access for the 26/27 season.
Rather than an online form, all applications are now via Swim Central, using specific links.
Rather than applying for each individual meet, applications have been grouped into 3 periods across the season.
- Short Course (applications open now – close 9 August)
- Long Course (applications open September)
- New Year (applications open January)
The process differs depending on whether you are a Licenced Coach or a Coach Working Towards Licencing.

| One check-in for the season | Every event check-in & collect a paper wristband from the ticketing entry point |
| Silicone wristband valid until end March 2027 | Paper wristband valid for that event only |
| May enter via reception or grandstand once wristband collected | May enter via reception or grandstand once wristband collected |
When to apply?
- If attending Short Course events, apply now here
- If only attending events from October or later, apply during the relevant application period.
